Beyond this room is the main living/dining area that has large glass windows, giving the space ample amount of light and air – making it the ideal chill-out zone.

This elegant holiday home feature six double-bedrooms, all beautifully designed to provide our guests with luxurious comfort and style. There is also a chic office space, perfect for those who want to work from home. This property also offers two master suites, one located on the first floor, with spectacular views overlooking the garden and Sotogrande. This room is complete with a large walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub. There is another master bedroom located in the basement, complete with a four-poster bed, an en-suite bathroom, an elegant sofa/tv area and a private patio. In addition, there is a three-space garage, a laundry and storage unit and superb terraces offering our clients the ultimate alfresco dining experience.

The basement is the ideal entertainment hub for our clients. It has been completed with a pool table, bar, sauna, high-end gymnasium and TVE room.

The infinity pool makes the garden become a picturesque scene, surrounded by comfortable sunbeds. The outside lounge area completed with sofas and a dining table makes this outside space become the perfect location to entertain guests.
