This classical Spanish Villa is located in Sotogrande Costa, just minutes away from the beach, prestigious beach clubs and vibrant Sotogrande Marina. The villa itself is built over four different plots of land and therefore provides plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The villa is built over two floors and in total has ten bedrooms. Due to its large size we can have the option of renting it out as a ten-bedroom property or solely the ground floor (5 bedrooms).

The ground floor features a lot of traditional Spanish character and charm. There are 5 bedrooms, including a master suite, which is located just off the entrance hall. This master room features a spacious bedroom with a roof fan, an en-suite bathroom and its own private living room, with views overlooking the garden. Across the hall is the second bedroom, featuring a double bed and en-suite bathroom. This bedroom is ideal for guests as it has its own separate entrance onto the courtyard. In addition, there are two twin rooms. One of which comes completed with an en-suite and the other shares a bathroom with another double bedroom.

The large living/dining room area is spacious and bright. The living room has views out onto the traditional Spanish courtyard, whereas the dining area, which is ideal for formal dining, has views of the garden and covered terrace. The kitchen is modern is fully equipped, it features a dining table for casual dining and a pantry. Located just off the kitchen is a large laundry room, an additional courtyard for drying clothes and maid/nanny quarters.

Downstairs can be reached by a spiral staircase located in the entrance hall. The first bedroom is a “bunk-room”, featuring three single bed bunks, the ideal bonding experience for children. The second bedroom feature two twin beds and one bunk bed, with garden views. The third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, separate ground entrance and twin beds pushed together to make a double bed. The fourth bedroom features another set of twin beds pushed together and an en-suite bathroom. The downstairs also features a small living room/play room, completed with a four-seater dining table, a sofa, TV and doors onto the front garden. The final bedroom features one single bed and a bunkbed, with an en-suite bathroom.

The outdoor area consists of a large terrace that has plenty of seating areas for the whole family to enjoy, including a dining table for alfresco dining. The south-facing garden has a combination of cork and palm trees, making it a beautiful space to enjoy. There is a small pathway that leads the way to the swimming pool. The chlorine swimming pool rests amongst the trees, yet remains directly in the sunlight. The pool is child friendly as it is gated. There is also a pool house that has an outdoor shower and four sunbeds. In addition, this property has a tennis court located in the front garden and space to park up to four cars.

There is no Air-conditioning in this property.

This particular villa has the maid cleaning services included in the rental. The maid works on average 4 hours a day, generally from 9am – 12:30.
